Translogistica Caspian

Increasing logistics digitalization is an important goal for Azerbaijan in the near future. The issue of implementing modern IT solutions for the country’s cargo terminals and warehouses has become one of the priorities at the 21st International Exhibition TransLogistica Caspian 2024, held this month in Baku.

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has visited the event. The delegation also included government representatives from the United Arab Emirates and several neighboring countries. They discussed the development of new logistics routes, as well as the significance of Azerbaijan in the global economy. Additionally, they talked about decarbonization in logistics and the implementation of green technologies in ports and terminals. The issue of increasing investments in automation and the adoption of modern IT technologies by Azerbaijani logistics companies was one of the key topics during the plenary discussions and debates.

At the exhibition the SOLVO team has presented its best IT solutions, which are suited the best for the future digital development of the region. Representatives of logistics companies from the Caspian region were interested in automation technologies for ports and cargo terminals, as well as in partnership opportunities.

At the SOLVO stand we’ve demonstrated our solutions that have a proven track record in:

  • Handling various types of cargo and reclassifying them into new categories
  • Managing freight vehicles upon entry to terminals or warehouses
  • Routing vehicles within the freight yard
  • Providing a unified solution for terminal and warehouse management, electronic document management, and data exchange with related information systems and government services

We would like to express our gratitude to the participants and organizers of the exhibition for the warm welcome and interesting chats!
